Relief That Lasts —

Not Just Another Massage

If pain, stiffness, or stress have become part of your “normal,” it’s time to reset your body for good.

You don’t need to live on heating pads, Advil, or quick fixes.
Courtney Cowie combines deep tissue, fire cupping, and integrative bodywork techniques to release chronic tension, restore mobility, and help you feel like yourself again.

Real Clients. Real Relief. 5 Star Google Business Ratings.

Don’t just take my word for it — hear what real clients are saying about their results.

You’ve Tried Everything — But Relief Never Lasts

You’ve spent years chasing temporary fixes: PT, chiropractic, stretching routines, even pain gadgets.

Maybe you wake up already sore, rely on caffeine to push through, and crash before dinner.

Your body feels older than it should.

You’re frustrated, misunderstood, and tired of hearing “everything looks fine.”

The truth? Your muscles and nervous system are stuck in survival mode.

My job is to help you unlock them — so your body can finally heal.

Imagine Waking Up Pain-Free, Rested, and Energized

After just a few sessions, my clients often notice:

- Deeper, longer-lasting relief — not just relaxation for the day

- Better sleep & faster recovery after workouts or long workdays

- More energy and focus to show up for family, work, and hobbies

- Confidence in your body again — without fear of flare-ups

Your body can feel strong, capable, and free again.

Fire Cupping — Deep Release for Stubborn Tension

Fire cupping is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that uses suction to release deep muscular and fascial tension, promote circulation, and draw stagnation out of the body.

During a cupping session, a small flame briefly creates a vacuum inside glass cups, which are then placed on the skin. This suction lifts the tissue and helps pull stored toxins to the surface, where they can be more easily released. Cupping reaches up to three inches deep — affecting not only muscles but also ligaments and tendons that don’t respond as well to traditional massage.

Benefits of Fire Cupping:

- Extends pain relief results from massage or bodywork sessions

- Promotes detoxification and faster recovery

- Improves circulation and mobility

- Calms stress and supports deep relaxation

Moxa Therapy — Gentle Warmth, Deep Energy Flow

Moxibustion, or “moxa,” is a warming therapy from Chinese medicine that uses the herb mugwort to stimulate healing and energy flow. The dried herb is rolled into a cigar-shaped stick and gently heated, then held near specific acupressure points to warm the skin and underlying meridians.

Benefits of Moxa:

- Relieves pain and stiffness caused by cold or stagnation

- Soothes digestive or menstrual discomfort

- Restores vitality and energy

- Promotes circulation and relaxation
